Description
This water based die casting release agent is suitable for aluminum die casting. Our unit research to process the die-casting stripping agent as high temperature type of separatory type (stripping mould) made from various oil fat with separation emulsion agent to make additive by itself and has good lubrication and stripping mould effect.

APPLICATIONS:
This is suitable for metal die casting, including magnesium, aluminum and zinc alloy die casting. It can be used for applications with high die temperatures and for producing complicated, heavy and large components. When dilution for it, put stripping agent in container and then fill In with tap water in times as stirring to be even emulsion liquid for casting temperature and can be spraying (spraying on mould cavity with spraying gun) or brushing (use hair brushing brushes on cavity with spraying gun) or brushing (use hair brushing brushes on cavity with spraying gun) or brushing (use hair brushing brushes on mould temperature at 180C 300C best and spraying more times if exceeding this temperature.
RECOMMENDED USAGE:
Dilution ratio of 1:80-150 times with treated water.
PACKAGE:
It is packaged in 25kg, 200kg and other capacities of plastic barrels.
STORAGE AND HANDLING:
Once used, the product must be sealed tightly and kept in a cool dark place. 12 months after manufacture is the time period for which product retains sufficient quality. It is a non-hazardous chemical, which can be transported with ease.
