RLT-120A Semi-Synthetic Coolant Package-High oil Content is a semi-synthetic cutting fluid compound agent specially developed for metal processing. This product must be used with component B. By adding base oil with different proportions of each component, a semi-synthetic Microemulsion Cutting Fluid with high cost performance ratio can be prepared. The semi-finished compound package does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, sodium nitrite and phenols. The prepared product has good stability and long service life.

Application
It can be used for the processing of cast iron, alloy steel, carbon steel, zinc alloy, aluminium, aluminium alloy and other materials.
Usage method
1, Distribution: At room temperature, the two components of the composite package are proportionally added to the container, then the base oil is added, and the semi-synthetic concentrate is obtained after mixing with clear and transparent.
2, Use ratio: component A 22-30%; component B 22-30%; component A: component B = 1:1 is the best; base oil 40-56%. Recommended ratio: 25% of component A, 25% of component B, 50% of base oil.
3, 5-10% extreme pressure agent can be added to the system to improve the performance of the product.
4, Since the formula of the original system is diverse, it is recommended to conduct a small test before use to determine the compatibility, compatibility and stability of the product and the system.
